City Manager
Josh Kay was appointed City Manager on November 13, 2007. Prior to coming to the City, Josh was the Director of Annual Giving at Presbyterian College from 2003 until 2005. Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Presbyterian College in 2002 and received a Master of Public Administration from both the University of South Carolina and Clemson University in 2005. Josh lives in Clinton with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters.
Executive Assistant to the City Manager/Executive Director, Clinton Downtown Association
Dianne Wyatt has been employed at the City of Clinton since 1973 in the City Manager’s Office. A graduate of Clinton High School, Dianne is a longtime resident of Clinton and is a mainstay in the Clinton Community. In 2002, she was appointed as the Main Street Manager in addition to her Executive Assistant position. Dianne has two sons, Rick and Brian, and two granddaughters.
